New Resource: Pride in Place Programme Church Leader's Guide

Have you heard of the Pride in Place Programme? Most likely, your neighbourhood, or one nearby, might be a chosen Pride in Place location!

Pride in Place is the government's new plan to see transformative change in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the country, by building stronger, more cohesive communities, investing in high-quality local amenities, infrastructure and services, and empowering local people to pioneer these changes.

At ChurchWorks, we believe that the Pride in Place Programme offers churches a significant opportunity to be at the heart of long-term community engagement and local transformation. To support church leaders in better understanding the Pride in Place Programme and opportunities for engagement, we have created a short Pride in Place: Church Leaders Guide in partnership with MHCLG.
